“A short break from sleep can be a worthy alternative to caffeine,” said Andrei Tyazilnikov, an expert on primary health care for adults in the health department.
“There are studies that confirm that 20 minutes of sleep during the day is more effective to increase labor productivity than 200 mg of caffeine,” said Tyazilnikov.
Tejazilnikov noted that there are two options for rest, namely 10 to 20 minutes or an hour and a half of sleep in the first case, the body can relax in the shortest possible time, in the second case can recover and renew itself completely.
However, Tejazilnikov advised those who sleep in the transportation to set the daily routine, stressing that people who slept poorly at night are those who sleep in the means of transportation.
