A Palestinian was wounded today by an Israeli settler near the Tomb of the Patriarchs in Hebron in the West Bank.

The Palestinian news agency WAFA quoted Palestinian sources as saying that a settler had run over Juma Qafisha, 53, in the Jabir neighborhood in the Old City, wounding him and breaking his hand.

Meanwhile, settlers attacked Palestinian houses at the entrance to Burqa village, northwest of Nablus, in the West Bank.

“A group of terrorist settlers attacked a house at the entrance to Barqa, damaging two cars in the yard of the house and targeting a number of Palestinian cars on the road between Nablus and Jenin,” said Ghassan Daghlas, a West Bank settlement official.

The settlers flock to the Palestinian towns and cities on a daily basis, attacking the Palestinians and destroying their property under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces with the aim of displacing them and confiscating their land and judaizing them.
