Sheriff Mack: Hypocrisy Epidemic!

The US constitution is violated daily, and the main perpetrators are the president and top federal government officials. That is the view of Richard Mack, a former Arizona Sheriff who is now advocating state sovereignty as the only way to keep constitution-abiding America intact.

@getDun2012 "WE"? Who's "we"? Illegal Aliens? 20 Million zip ties/handcuffs required, tops. Many Hispanics that I know are also in favor of removing the Illegals and securing the US Southern Border(or at least they say that they are). Obama's core followers, those who will blindly follow him regardless of his agenda based upon his race, comprise between 26% to 29% of the US Populace, based upon poll samples and approval ratings. IDK….Who's "WE"?

@hiyosilver100 (sigh) that's what people like you always say, as for it being forced, I don't really care, because nothing gets done when they try to talk and ask. The patriot act is crap and the constitution is worthless now, because everyone is fighting about who's right or wrong about rights and freedoms, I just follow George Carlin belief that rights are imaginary and don't mean anything, especially if someone (gov. or not) can take them away from you.

@hiyosilver100 As for me believing everything the government and propaganda tells me, simply put "I only believe SOME of it" the idea of Iran being a threat is BS, the idea that socialised medicine is evil is BS because in some countries it works, in others it doesn't. The Federal reserve committee is full of Shit, Obama isn't doing his job at all, the economy is falling apart, even though Bernanke and Larry Summers says that the US is recovering BULL!

"A liberal fascist."

Laughable…

How about we look at Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution which puts immigration directly into the Federal government's regulatory power.

"Liberal Fascist" Hahahaha.

The interviewer has a good point which wasn't answered appropiately by Sheriff Mack. There is more of a movement again'st Obama than Bush. I think Obama being black is a sliver of the truth behind the tea party movement, but mostly it's about the upward mobility of the "upper middle class" to break into the rich. The upper middle class feels threatened by the higher taxes and fair health care for everyone by Obama. They do not speak for the majority that voted for these polices.

@signboyy – lmao!! Yeah, it really looks like all the left-wingers who are running the House AND Senate are really standing up to corporate government….lol. Little do you realize, Obama and his cronies are Bush to the 10th power….You need to STFU until you do your research little boy.

@signboyy – I threw off the Right/Left yoke a long time ago. When the shit hits the fan, you're going to be begging for gun owners to save your cat-lovin sissy ass.

@Chuckjagermeister ?is this suppose to be racist??? The Tea Party is just about getting back to the constitutional rights. So, ""milky rights!""? What?

Dean0000007
Guest

@tonyotag The tea party could also have the military industrial complex, boutique doctors, or bankers in it. The tea party just like the republicans and democrats is corrupted and have individual ideas about what is going to happen on the political schedule. Many tea partiers cheer when Sarah Palin speaks. You might be surprised but many democrats also support the constitution, the economic model obviously needs to be changed. Where the upper 10% enjoy 93% of the wealth.

@Chuckjagermeister

Did the people that wanted milk in their tea hire illegal aliens to buy the milk?

Dean0000007
Guest

@Chuckjagermeister

Wrong, it's a portion of the population benefitting at the expense of the American worker. In that case no milk for that tea party and the fine will be half the tea.

@signboyy I repeat, neither you or I have any knowledge about Mack's personal health care choices, and all your supposition does not add to the sum of zero. And anyone who supports forced health mandates on the entire populace, to be administered by the federal government with a proven track record of failure in every single enterprise it ever attempted to administer, can hardly lay claim to logical thinking. Besides every federal program being bankrupt, so is the entire US economy!

Mack is right. Washington isn't authorized to usurp power from the States. If the American public studied the Constitution they would know this. The public schools (government schools), are reluctant to teach the students about Constitutional Law, and this is for obvious reasons!
More Americans are demanding a return to Constitutional Law in America, and Washington megalomaniacs don't like it.

@Dean0000007 The "dam" is breaking open wider and wider with each liberty compromised or lost. I agree, more of a movement but not the start. I can remember many rallies during the Bush administration, against the wars, patriot act, FICA, the abuse of power through the police state just after 9/11, etc. People wearing swastika's on their arm and holding posters of "W" portrayed as Hitler.(they're here on youtube) The education Americans were getting during (continue below)

the 2008 presidential debates became the awakening of the sleeping giant even before Obama was in any DNC limelight or lead. The debate about the expansion of health care under Bush, and the broken promises of "no nation building and policing the world" The federal dept and it's expansion by the federal reserve. governments roll or overreach in (continue below)

housing, business, gun rights, etc.
"They do not speak for the majority that voted for these polices." That is why we are not a nation of "feelings" governed by a democracy, but a nation of "law" governed by a republic.

@genefire In the end he is only a sheriff, and did the best he could for his constituents. That's what the interview was about. Did you expect him to go off on a tangent? If you want anything more, run for office.

@signboyy LOL, your so incisive "facts" underwhelm me. And nolw you are reduced to stupid insults. Exhausted your mental ammunition so soon? It's very hard to hit a target when you have no idea what you're even shooting at.

@signboyy You are stuck in a narrow matrix believing people only have government options. Increasingly it is true, unfortunately. But people who prefer freedom find ways around the slave-options when possible. Many choose responsible, healthy lifestyles, use natural instead of corporate health care. Government plans don't cover us. Insurance may be subsidized; it is heavily regulated and skewed to corporate protocols only. Except for low cost catastrophic coverage, it's not worth buying.

how is nationalised healthcare something you need a law enforcement official to protect you from? Being a former dentist myself I see great merit in nationalised healthcare.

As a student of constitutional studies and Politics the arguments Sheriff Mack is making goes against one of the fundamental principle of a democratic state – i.e. separation of legislature, executive and judiciary. A sheriff on the other hand is an elected non professional executive and Judicial officer

Awesome, Sheriff Mack. Its so refreshing that we have people like you to stand up for so many us. We, as a people have turned into a nation of pansies. We're so worried about the political correctness and violating the rights of criminals (illegals) that we have lost a sense of right and wrong. This is appalling!

We need a system that checks police and holds them responsible. Run a tax or go fund me: to check and verify police arrests..$5 per person would exonerate hundreds of broken homes and lives. Would you donate to bring a mother sister brother uncle father son…home? I would be happy to.
