Will Ron Paul supporters be okay with Vice-president Paul?

Ron Paul supporters continue to campaign for their candidate despite claims from the GOP establishment that Mitt Romney all but secured his nomination. But could the two wings of the GOP unite under one Romney-Paul ticket? Austin Petersen, director of production for Freedom Works, joins Liz Wahl with his analysis.

"I'll write Ron Paul in"
–That's a vote for Obama, and Socialism and the further destruction of the Constitution. Thanks a lot!

Ron Paul would never run with Mitt Romney. If he does then we know he is just a puppet too. They want Paul to be Romney Vp so Romney can win. They know Ron Paul will win. Ron Paul is like a Final Level Boss. Ron Paul! Ron Paul! ROOOONNNNNNN PAAAAUULLL!

1. Because I don't want Socialism, like you do.
2. I don't expect you to vote principle, I expect you all to vote based on the lies you believe. But I hope to change your mind in order to save our country.

So I suppose you'd rather vote for Romney, (which supports the patriot act, supports the NDAA. supports endless war, serves israel, is paid by the same corporations and israeli lobbyists that have and are financing Obama's campaign, and completely disregards the Constitution, JUST LIKE OBAMA..) You know, it's that very same thinking that is destroying our country. Even if Ron Paul doesn't win the presidency I will NEVER vote for Obamney!.. THEY ARE ONE AND THE SAME!!! PERIOD!

This is why I unsubcribed from RT.

Oh yeah! Because I'm your made-up stereotype "Neo-Con;" an inbred uneducated ignorant racist Nazi who wants to kill all Black people, start "endless wars" everywhere, and oppress everyone with my evil Capitalism. Right? Just like all Liberals believe.
But no, forget what I say, go ahead and write in Ron Paul. You'll be one of those several thousand people who'll do the same, and maybe tip the scales in some swing states to Obama, and we'll have the end of freedom & America. CONGRATS!!!

Ron Paul supporters will only be "okay" once they are all fitted for straight jackets and locked away in a padded cell.

25th Amendment, Section 1: In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.

vice-preident wouldn't be any use unless the president met a …"unfortunate" end…
then the vice would become president obviously.

Gary Johnson is the new Ron Paul.

On the Fed, Johnson states in every interview that he hates the Fed and supports commodity-based currencies (gold, or otherwise). Yes, Paul and Johnson have some differences. Johnson says he'd cut the Pentagon/military budget by 43%. Johnson tends to be better than Paul on social issues, from a true libertarian standpoint. Paul comes from a Christian conservative background, and I'm not sure I truly believe he would support total liberty on issues like marijuana, abortion, and marriage equality.

Fair enough. It's good for the liberty movement to hash through these things. Can I ask you to describe your preferred brand of libertarianism?

And I acknowledge your positions on those issues. Being that the liberty movement is still early in its development (and growing fast) I say we rally around the issues we have in common, which are mostly on size of government and the currency system. We live in a huge country so some of the cultural issues may never align (they don't in any party).

I think if we can just get Ron in the white house we all can sleep knowing someone knows WTF they're doing in there!
