The only way we will have good real jobs in America is to get rid of NAFTA and the TPP. The gov cannot create jobs.

Didn't the creation of the Exchange Stabilization Fund, from the profits of gold confiscation, actually lead to the advance of Kensian economics? I saw a very good documentary on it,and would like Dr. Pauls input on the subject.

A principle of Islam is that everything belongs to God, and wealth is held by people in trust. Muslims also have a responsibility to care for the less fortunate. To Muslims The Noble Quran is also a way of life dealing with issues that emphasis socio-economic justice. It emphasises the concepts of trusteeship of human beings as God's vicegerent on earth, care for others, moderation in consumption, productive effort as a means of serving Allah, charitable assistance, maintenance of family, duty to produce more than one's needs, wealth not as a means of end and many others.

Awesome I love it. I know your son will make a great president. My predictions of the last few presidents have been spot on and Rand Paul will be the next president of the US. If not I fear the end of this system of government will come soon and the economy.

Great point! You could have depressions with tremendous inflation and deflation.

I looked at the data and effects of the depression and it sort of looks like one.

You know, the deflation monster.

Low wage worker here
I am doing worse by the years, Obama rob + 911 phone tax + police wrongfully pull overs + inflation + higher income and sales taxes + increase food prices + higher rent
Corruption + Depression!

goofy video. they say don't trust the govt data and then they say look at the govt numbers on "good jobs". The US economy is not in a depression. Austrian School predicted a depression in 2008 and they got it wrong. Get over it.

Do any of you hear him say "Male Investments" instead of malinvestments?

Seems like every few days now, we're hearing how stores are closing up and people are being layed off again. (just after Obama's State of the Union speech where he declared we're doing great and are strong)It was a bubble. It's bursting. I believe this has been a depression from the start but that the worst has been fended off to make it appear to be less. The problem here, is eventually, that stops working. Recovery has taken too long. A bubble only stays intact so long.

I'm pretty sure the FED has apologized for creating "The Great Depression". Am I wrong about that, as I read this numerous times and seen statements from a FED chairman and FED officials.

what is deflation? a decrease in monetary supply, or prices falling?
