Britain has expressed concern over reports of Turkish regime’s use of white phosphorus during the aggression on Syrian territory, and called for a swift and thorough investigation by a UN commission of inquiry.
“We want to see a swift and thorough investigation by the UN commission of inquiry,” said British Foreign Secretary Dominique Rapp. “This is what we are pushing for.”
“There is clear and unambiguous evidence that white phosphorus has been used as a weapon against civilians, if not other chemical weapons have been used, either by the Turks or their Syrian allies,” said Conservative MP Crispan Blunt. ยป.
